Ask ? Prince

Residence: Currently wandering by a lake 
Ok so basically this guy is a prince who woke up in the middle of nowhere. when he wakes up he notices he is wearing a crown and some formal cape of some sort. He has very vague memories from before he woke up but he knows he used to be a prince but he has no idea what he was a prince of. He also notices these weird clouds that follow him around.
Hehehe a mystery character. I don't really want to put too much down for this guy and id rather have you guys find out about him through Q's and Rp's
Here are just a few weird things hes found out about himself
* the tips of his hair are white and so his entire left arm
*his crown, cape, arm, and tips of his hair appear to give a dim amount of light.
*his arm changes to his normal skin tone when hes frightened or hungry
*bright colors make him happy but he feels more comfortable wearing dull colors.
